The Intolerable Acts

The laws were meant to pay back the Massachusetts colonists for their defiance in the Tea Party protest in reaction to changes in taxation by the British to the detriment of colonial goods.Parliament replied to the "Boston Tea Party" with the five Coercive [ look that word up if you don't know its meaning] Acts of 1774. The colonists dubbed them the "Intolerable Acts." They were an important factor contributing to the American Revolution. Please list and explain what each of the five acts were and why they made colonists VERY mad.
