Canceled for today. Enjoy your night off. Tomorrow softball no practice and baseball practice 3-4:30.

Good afternoon I just got the phone
Call from Henry Hudson. All games scheduled for today have been canceled. It is currently raining there and the radar doesn’t show signs of Getting Better.

Good morning, I have just been informed that if we are able to play today’s baseball and softball games the location has been moved to Henry Hudson School. The address is
1 Grand Tour Highlands, NJ 07732. Softball will play on the upper field and baseball will play on the lower field. The fields are located behind the condos. Again, games will NOT be played at Clearwater and Kavookijan fields. I will get a final decision about the games around 1:45. Thank you.

4-28-21
Good morning I have confirmed the locations for tomorrow's baseball and softball games vs. Henry Hudson. Please note that middle school games are not played at Henry Hudson School. They play at two separate locations of campus.  I will be sharing the address for each field and a link with directions. I will also include Henry Hudson's spectator guidelines for Spring sports. I ask that you please read and follow the guidelines requested by Henry Hudson. Finally, please fill out the travel release form and submit it to Mr. Steinhard or Miss Conforti if you plan on transporting your son or daughter to and from games. If you decide after the game that you want to take your child, each coach will have a release to sign.
Enjoy this beautiful day.

Hi Guys.
I just went to check on the field, and it is still pretty wet.  A lot of mud in different places.  I am concerned that we might ruin the field if we go on it today.  As much as I want to get out there and start practicing, I think it is a good idea if we pick up on Monday.  It looks like a full week of nice weather next week, so get ready for Monday to start putting in work.  NO PRACTICE TODAY.  PRACTICE ALL NEXT WEEK! I hope everyone has a great weekend and I will see you all on Monday!  Stay safe and have a great weekend!
4-14-21

Hi everyone, I just wanted to update you about the winter sports clinic. I have received a large number of requests asking if it was ok to hand in completed paperwork on Tuesday. The answer is yes of course. To eliminate confusion I will hold off and post the pod assignments on Tuesday after our meeting at 11:45. Enjoy your day off tomorrow.

Good afternoon, I just wanted to remind you of a few things before we leave for a long weekend.
1. If you are interested in participating in winter sports, please make sure all paperwork is submitted to nurse Cristina.
2.) Your coaches will have a meet on Tuesday 1-19-21 @ 11:45( There is G&T, so we moved the time from 11:30 to 11:45.
3.) Pods will be posted as soon as they are approved.
4.) Equipment needed for the clinic;
a.) Bring your own ball
b) Bring your own water (Enough to get you through a whole practice.)
c.) You must wear proper workout gear required for your sport, or by your coach.
d.) Students are required to wear face coverings unless doing so would inhibit the student's health, or the student is engaged in high intensity aerobic or anaerobic activities

Have a great weekend. Can't wait to start.

(Due to the global pandemic we will NOT be competing in winter sports. We have decided to keep it in house and provide our athletes with a clinic style workout).

Memorial Schools’ athletic teams compete in the Shore Athletic League. The SAL is primarily comprised of Union Beach, Keyport, Keansburg, Henry Hudson, Red Bank Charter, Red Bank Middle School, Oak Hill and Ranney.  We may also compete against out of league schools in our area, such as St. Benedicts, Fair Haven, Monmouth Beach, Rumson, Little Silver, West Long Branch, and Oceanport.

Upon completion of every game, scores are reported to the league officials and divisional rankings are posted via the internet. This will determine who is eligible for post-season playoffs and championships.

Memorial School athletics teams participate during the Fall, Winter and Spring.

Sports offered for each season are as follows:

Fall

Cross Country

Boys Soccer

Girls Soccer

Girls Field Hockey (with Keyport)

Winter

Boys Basketball

Girls Basketball

Cheerleading

Spring
